Stories, Loot, and Long Journeys

We play mobile RPGs and adventure games the way you would — on the bus, before bed, in short bursts. Recently we spent a couple of weeks with Luxora, and this site is where we share what stuck and what didn't.

Why us

We actually play

Every review comes from real playtime. No summaries lifted from store pages, no guessing at how something feels.

Honest scores

Our ratings are opinions, not marketing. If a game stumbles, we point to the exact moment it lost us.

No paid placements

Nobody buys a spot in our catalog. What you read is what we genuinely think after playing.

Ironhold Tactics

★★★★☆ 4.3

Ironhold Tactics is the kind of strategy game you start on a coffee break and finish two hours later, wondering where the time went. You manage a small garrison, place units on a hex grid, and try to outthink waves of attackers who get smarter every round. There's a satisfying puzzle to every siege.

  • Tense, thoughtful hex-grid battles
  • Meaningful upgrade decisions
  • Fair but demanding difficulty curve

Questions & answers

How do you choose which games to review?

We pick games readers ask about, titles climbing the charts, and anything one of us can't stop playing. We lean toward RPGs, adventures and strategy but cover other genres when they're worth it. Nothing gets reviewed without real playtime.

Do you get paid to write positive reviews?

No. We don't accept payment for coverage or scores, and nobody can buy a place in our catalog. Luxora, for example, was reviewed simply because we played it and had things to say — good and bad.

Can I suggest a game for you to cover?

Absolutely, we love recommendations. Send us the title and a line about why you think it's worth our time through the contact page. We read everything, though we can't promise to cover every suggestion.

Is there advertising on the site?

We may run simple, clearly marked ads to help cover hosting costs, but they never influence what we write or how we score. Editorial and advertising stay completely separate. If that ever changes, we'll say so openly.
